Created through a collaboration involving Botti Gamba for the wooden component, Di Zio for the stainless-steel component and Banfi, it combines stainless-steel technology with the benefits of fermentation in oak. The hybrid construction is designed to support oxygen exchange and oak tannin interaction during fermentation, contributing to color stability and tannin development.
