Opening a business in a rented kitchen, starting to make local Latin products where 20 cases of salsa are produced in a 12-hour shift with the basic knowledge of recipes and processes. Coupled with previous experience in making beans.

At the end of 2014 the process was controlled and they could be produced 600 30-pound boxes of sauces in a week

We began to produce products of Arab and Jamaican origin, and having a monthly production of 280,000 pounds and accessing other markets and states of USA, we have presence in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Wiscousin and soon Utah We work with two national companies that cover a large part of the territory.
