Pai Cristal Italia was established in Milan. It starts to research and engineer abrasive pastes and compounds enabling the treatment of product surfaces, defining the first applications for spectacles along with plastic and metal fashion accessories (buttons, buckles, adornments, hair ornaments, etc...).

The Company moves its headquarters to the Cadore region, in the middle of the Alps, to be close to the worldwide leading Italian eyewear district, obtaining a superior advantage in serving this specific market segment.
