Also known as Electrolytic Manganese Metal flakes, it is pure Manganese with Mn content between 99.7%-99.9%. It is mainly used as an additive in the manufacturing of steel. Apart from flakes, Manganese metal also comes in the form of Powder, briquettes & lumps.

Added to improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of aluminium alloys 3000-series, especially those used in the production of beverage can sheet alloys. Mn also acts as a deoxidizer or desulfurizer in the production of Steel. It is also used in the production of flux mixtures for welding rods.
