Semiautomatic Machine to Assemble Push-fit Connector

The Push-Fit Quick Coupling Automatic Assembly Machine is designed and built for the automatic assembly of quick coupling connector parts. The feeding of the valve body is done manually by an operator, on a smaller rotary table, where a system of slides and grippers positions it on the table. The feeding of the valve, lid and knob is done automatically by the machine.

The lid is welded by the machine using an ultrasonic welder. The quick coupling is subject to a leakage check, through a leak detector.

The machine, depending on the correctness of the assembly, also provides autonomously the rejection or unloading of the part of the quick couplers into the appropriate boxes. Movement of the part through the various workstations is carried out by a rotary table.
