Unico is the one-component waterproofing liquid super resin colored in aqueous emulsion. With this product it is possible to create protective and waterproof coatings of building roofs in general, old bituminous membranes, foundation walls and retaining walls, metal roofs and eaves, cornices, terraces and balconies, bathrooms and showers, old tiles, walls and facades, roofs insulated with polyurethane foams, heads of sandwich panels. It can be left exposed, as it resists UV rays, is elastic and can be walked on and adaptable to complex geometries. It is also a solvent-free product, safe for installation operations.
It complies with the European standard UNI EN 1504-2 for the protection of concrete.
Apply the product at temperatures between + 5 ° C and + 35 ° C.
