During its initial development phase, Roodenburg Dairy built relationships with dairy producers, processors, stockholders, and commercial partners across Europe, primarily in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland, and Poland.

Roodenburg Dairy refined its commercial positioning by focusing on European whey and milk protein ingredients, including Whey Protein Concentrates, Whey Protein Isolates, Sweet and Demineralised Whey Powders, and Milk Protein Concentrates.
